Mystic Air Quality Conducts Air Quality and Mold has conducted surveys  for Building Owners, Homeowners, Insurance Companies, Hospitals, and Contractors since 1987.

All  IAQ surveys are treated with confidence and professionalism and are reviewed by Mystic Air's Certified Industrial Hygienists and Certified Indoor Air Quality professionals.

All on-site testing is done with calibrated and properly maintained equipment used by properly trained staff members who are Certified Industrial Hygienists or Certified Indoor Air Quality Professionals or who are working directly with one of the company's three CIHs.

Sampling is customized for the situation and often includes testing for mold and mildew.  All mold sample media are analyzed at AIHA-LAC, LLC  accredited labs who participate in EMPAT proficiency programs.  Mold surveys also include visual inspections, moisture and humidity measurements, and infra-red cameras (when water leaks are suspected).

Other tests include  sampling for respirable particulates (dust),  oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity, combustible gases, and total hydrocarbons (also known as volatile organic vapors or VOCs). If your initial phone call building description or occupant symptoms indicate additional testing, then only the appropriate additional tests are added for items such as, but not exclusively limited to, hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde, radon, nitrous oxide, heavy metals, pesticides, or specific chemicals used in, or made at, the site.

Your final written report integrates and interprets site investigation findings with test results into a clear, concise, report with practical solutions and recommendations specific to your site.
